Lead technical design and delivery of complex features across multiple systems as H-E-B that improver the customer and partner user experiences. Understand and constantly improve the cloud infrastructure that powers our high performance, consumer-scale site, and mobile apps. Help support the build and deployment pipeline and when necessary both diagnose and solve production support issues. Contribute to the overall system design, architecture, security, scalability, reliability, and performance of applications. Coach and mentor junior engineers in software engineering techniques, process, and new technologies. BlackLocus is seeking creative, thoughtful coders to join our development team. Our people solve interesting, challenging problems while working closely with data scientists and business analysts. We build tools to make business actions simple even from large data sets. Our data mining and machine learning pipeline, as well as our user-facing applications, are built primarily in Java, Python, and JavaScript. Our services and tools are entirely cloud-deployed.
