Buyer Operations - Lease Operations

Ensure fulfillment against industry demand for lease operators and production focused labor. Partner with oil & gas operators to deliver on each resume request that crosses your desk. Ask the right questions and speak the buyer’s language to streamline data collection and deliver against unique buyer preferences as well as working to continual improvement RigUp’s lease operator programs. Enable buyers to make the most educated decisions about the men and woman that will be hired from RigUp’s diverse marketplace of skilled labor. Monitor macro industry trends in order to forecast regional labor shortages and proactively fulfill against labor demand.  Own operator-facing NPS, including root-cause diagnostics and developing an action plan to continually improve our operator service across functional teams. Partner with product, eng, data science and customer success teams to optimize the way RigUp’s product serves our operator’s needs.

Customer Success Manager

Create RigUp champions and essential company partners across existing operator and vendor accounts. Drive customer engagement and product adoption in order to create value for our customers and reduce churn. Seek to grow the user base and transaction volume within existing accounts. Work with Account Executives to define and execute specific account plans that match the customer’s strategy and business process with the RigUp value proposition. Conduct a smooth company onboarding and help RigUp users of varied skill levels become successful users fully leveraging our platform. Take ownership of challenges and our customers' initiatives to drive further adoption of the RigUp offering. Coordinate resources throughout the customer lifecycle, including product and engineering support. Nurture and expand the company's relationship with business units, divisions and the overall enterprise. Provide product demonstrations and general support to existing users or new asset teams. Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system. Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.

Individual will perform some of the company's vital cash conversion functions by helping with the back end of payment processing. Individual will help manage our external approval processes for outgoing payments, as well as creating and sending outgoing invoices. This individual must have exceptional attention to detail, as all payments need to be 100% correct when going out the door. This Payment Operations Associate will also work closely with product, operations, and sales teams to enhance internal controls and product integrations into accounting and finance process. This job does require work of a repetitive nature. We can process up to 400 payments and invoices on a daily basis are looking for someone who is able to stay focused and alert during every transaction. We are also looking for a go-getter; someone who is able to problem solve any issues with payments and invoices as the come up.
