We are looking for a growth oriented retention marketing manager to join our marketing team. Working with the Director of User Acquisition and Retention, and the broader marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams, the Retention Marketing Manager will develop and drive retention marketing strategies to increase engagement with our customers, improve conversion and reduce churn to increase consumer LTV. You will gain a deep understanding of our audience, and identify the pain points and needs that our consumers have in their credit building/financial journey.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be supporting Self Lender’s community in reaching their financial and credit goals. You will assist in resolving customer challenges through direct communication via phone, email and chat.
