Create, execute, and analyze campaigns, ensuring acquisition and conversion goals are met. Manage daily campaigns including A/B testing, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, creative testing, etc. Research, collect, and analyze data; leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for campaigns. Ability to manage campaigns for multiple selling motions - Freemium, SMB sales, Enterprise. Collaborate with designer to develop new and iterative creative concepts, develop A/B test schedule, interpret results, and recommend next steps. Identify core paid media channels, which will include but are not limited to, ppc, content syndication, paid social, display, programmatic, native and others. Curate and test new advertising channels to increase our channel diversity and generate more leads/customers. Maintain strong relationships with our Customers, ISPs, Product Teams, Support and Success teams. Investigate, diagnose and remediate email deliverability issues by working with customers, internal teams and with tier-one support at ISPs, email blacklists and anti-spam technology providers. Build and maintain relationships with ISP postmasters. Proactively manage IP reputation and deliverability for all of our clients and enforce compliance and best practice sending behaviors. Manage internal reputation management tools and the distribution of OE IP addresses. Create client deliverability reports and present to client findings and recommendations.

Implement and lead a scalable and effective customer advocacy program including managing and coordinating customer referrals and case studies along with pinpointing new ideal success stories for customer content. Run OutboundEngines’s customer review program to drive customers to review sites like BBB, G2 Crowd, TrustRadius, Capterra, etc. Work closely with sales and product marketing to identify new customer content needs and help fulfill them. Also work closely with sales and customer success to identify potential customer participants in case studies, joint press releases, webinars, etc. Manage biannual customer satisfaction surveys and on-going NPS program to drive change throughout the organization. Act as “Voice of the Customer” and provide product feedback gathered from customers to Management Team, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

An ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of all of GoDaddy’s products and services. They will know who to go to for what and be able to work through challenges as they arise. They will have a keen ability to make and maintain relationships with the marketing influencers/spokesperson in order to clearly communicate which products and services will be most beneficial to them, and be able to communicate how GoDaddy is driving their online presence through the development of success story content.

This role will be comprehensive and will play a part in each step of the process. Use independent judgment to diagnose the current state of a customer’s website and domain Check each website preview for quality prior to sending out to customers. Pitch the value of this website service to new and existing customers over the phone and via email to maximize utilization. Handle credential setup including but not limited to gathering website credentials from customers, creating new domains, and initiating assistance from third-party agencies. Complete final QA and publishing of the websites. Support customers post-launch with website requests. Support other Operations teams as needed to maximize customer retention. Any other responsibilities as may arise in the context of a fast-moving startup.
