Be the master of our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP). Create and maintain marketing and operational flows in the MAP, and be the go-to person for executing strategies through that software. Own the revenue goals for your channels of focus. Meet and exceed those goals. Understand our buyer personas and buyers’ journeys so that you can leverage them to send the right content to the right person at the right time. All things around email acquisition. Build emails, build campaigns, measure performance, maintain a clean email database, etc. Create and maintain a testing framework to always be improving each aspect of the channels you own. Create reporting that makes the results of your efforts clear to others across the company. Work with Sales Ops to create and enforce Sales’ SLA’s, data gathering requirements, and attribution. Seek out new marketing technologies, make business cases for the promising ones, and implement those that are approved.

The Creative Producer is responsible for the coordination and execution of creative and marketing projects, primarily photo and video shoots. This role plans production schedules, coordinates logistics and maintains all aspects of the budgets. The producer will communicate and collaborate with our creative and agency partners, and will work closely with our creative team on scheduling photo/video shoots, location scouting, permitting and talent-booking. Spearheading the design of all products within the category either by working independently, with the Tecovas team, and/or with contract designers and development agencies. Owning and overseeing the entire commercialization process from tech-pack development, to material selection and sampling, to prototyping and moving into production. Sourcing, developing, and nurturing the necessary factory and supplier relationships for the category. Working alongside the Creative, Marketing and Merchandising teams to develop the content calendar for the entire category. Partnering with the Finance, Merchandising and Planning teams to build the assortment plan, and revenue and margin goals for the category.
