Develop the brand positioning, value proposition, target audience, messaging and creative strategy for consumers, physicians and pharmacists, to build RxSaver into a trusted brand.
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow awareness, customer acquisition, revenue and new product adoption across multiple channels, including performance marketing, social, print, PR, direct mail and mobile app; You will execute through both an in-house team and external agencies.
Build consumer trust through use of professional spokespersons in PR and content marketing, and through a targeted B2B marketing strategy that enables physicians and pharmacists to become advocates.
Partner with the sales team to develop positioning and marketing collateral for pharmacist outreach.
Continually test and learn across marketing channels and establish a process for measuring and scaling successful programs.
Lead, inspire, and mentor direct reports to maximize their individual potential and professional growth, as well as ability to collaborate effectively as a team.
Responsible for all budgeting, forecasting & reporting on key business health metrics.
Communicate marketing plans and results internally to ensure cross-functional collaboration and coordination.
Be the steward for compliance with all privacy regulations surrounding data usage and targeting.
