Director, Growth Marketing
Reporting directly to the CMO, the Director of Growth Marketing will lead the development and execution of a clearly defined acquisition strategy. Specifically, this role will focus on profitable acquisition of new users across paid channels including SEM, Display, Referrals, Social, Influencers and Paid Media. This role requires both strategic & critical thinking and tactical execution to drive momentum across the funnel. You will develop and execute a robust test & learn approach which will create meaningful impact across the business and inform your decision making on a daily basis. You will collaborate with Product, Brand, CRM, Creative, and BI/Analytics teams to identify and execute on opportunities. You will have deep knowledge & experience owning key performance metrics (ROAS, CVR, CPA & CAC) and optimizing across each channel.
