Identify points where customers are churning and provide recommendations for reducing this churn. Track all marketing-related expenses in order to understand the return of each activity. Participate in the development of a marketing budget based on analysis. Identify areas of improvement in our lead follow-up process. Stay up to date on industry trends to understand how ShipStation’s funnel performance compares to best in class standards.
