The Traffic Manager is the central contact point for all deal support work that flows through the Customer Experience team. Once a request for team support has been opened in our Sales Request system the Traffic Manager will evaluate the request for completeness, timing considerations, and resources required to fulfill the request. Working with Customer Experience Team leadership and standard processes for assignment, the Traffic Manager will direct the request to team members to join the broader deal team and fulfill the request. The Traffic Manager monitors all active requests to ensure they are moving through the process and to identify and remediate blockers to completion. The Traffic Manager is also responsible for generating weekly reports of team and request status and doing ongoing analysis of team velocity and capacity.

In this role, you’d be working closely with our Director of Client Success, Albert, with fulfilling some of the work our agents expect from us. This role is fast-paced, always changing, and gives you the opportunity to learn a little bit of everything. A mix of customer success, operations, and even content creation, we’d like to see someone who is willing to take on this role. You’d be a full-time member of the squad and first in line for future opportunities within our organization. Some of the day to day duties, early on, would include client support, profile optimization, QA for social media posts, and responding to client reviews occasionally. In this role you will be supporting our Customer Success initiatives. Initially, this means making sure that all of our partners are set up with the various tools we need to run their marketing campaigns. Whether that’s by jumping on a call and doing screen shares or building walk-throughs to decrease friction for our partners, your goal is making sure the tech and logistic aspects of on-boarding are seamless. You will also support day-to-day admin needs, including billing and tech support.
