Being a Product Manager at Worksmith means getting your hands dirty to truly understand the business.  For example, you might: Shadow the sales team to understand the client onboarding process and devise a solution to increase the signup conversion rate. Dive into the data with our operations team to identify spending trends and build predictive reporting models. Review client and service provider feedback with the customer success team to identify common pain points in the software and produce more efficient, easier to use systems. You'll own the entire lifecycle of a product: requirements identification, solution design, implementation, launch, feedback, and improvement.  Product Managers here are expected to be self sufficient and are given the latitude to make autonomous decisions throughout the process.
