Develop and maintain the multi-year strategic account plan for the Strategic Account to meet or exceed client objectives and DISCO sales goals. Revise the account strategy and plan to ensure they fit the continuously changing Strategic account needs and priorities. Coordinate the Growth Pod and deploy Growth Pod and company resources in pursuit of account growth. Manage the interface between the Strategic Account and DISCO personnel (including all sales, product specialists, consulting, support, channels and corporate functions) to ensure an effective alignment model and communications, and reporting cadence.  Articulates both DISCO and Strategic Account value proposition to C-level management within both DISCO and the Strategic Account. Create a quarterly business review cadence to track our progress on aligned focus areas/work streams and other interactions. Integrate DISCO in front of the client providing a “one face, one DISCO” strategy for the client.
