As a Solutions Consultant for the North America Document Cloud enterprise business, this presales role is responsible for collaborating with the Adobe Field Sales team and prospective customers to 1) understand the customer’s business needs and objectives, and 2) map those future customers to the best Adobe solution. This individual will demonstrate the real-world application and problem-solving capabilities of Adobe solutions using presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the context of these solutions in the customer’s daily work stream. As part of this process, the Solution Consultant will build technical relationships with prospects/customers; and, will play a critical role within the enterprise level software sales cycle. The SC assists in developing business value propositions around Adobe solutions, and, strategically collaborates with the Field Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Receive new customers from Sales and understand individual business objectives. Explain the Sellbrite system to new customers and train them on functionality in phone/screenshare training sessions and via chat/email support. Design individual Sellbrite workflows based on customers' business objectives. Hand off customers to Success Team / Support Team once onboarding is complete. Create Onboarding content (Help Center articles or videos, macro answers, etc). Provide support via chat or email to the customer, and accompanying support via phone when necessary. Provide technical/product support for the Sellbrite product. Handle escalated incidents through our ticketing system Intercom, or phone. Create/track JIRA tickets when necessary for bugs, and ProductBoard for Feature Requests. Assist in providing a conduit of communication between the Sellbrite teams (customer success, customer support, onboarding) when needed. Be well versed in Intercom, JIRA, and the Sellbrite standalone product.
