As a Solutions Consultant for the North America Document Cloud enterprise business, this presales role is responsible for collaborating with the Adobe Field Sales team and prospective customers to 1) understand the customer’s business needs and objectives, and 2) map those future customers to the best Adobe solution. This individual will demonstrate the real-world application and problem-solving capabilities of Adobe solutions using presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the context of these solutions in the customer’s daily work stream. As part of this process, the Solution Consultant will build technical relationships with prospects/customers; and, will play a critical role within the enterprise level software sales cycle. The SC assists in developing business value propositions around Adobe solutions, and, strategically collaborates with the Field Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Research, assign, edit, fact-check and proofread email newsletters for real estate agents and their clients across North America. Write compelling subject lines and headlines. Source relevant articles and images and write engaging social media posts. Give constructive feedback to freelance writers. Research real estate and homeowner trends and create content calendars. QA content in our app and schedule for delivery. Contribute to and edit corporate marketing content like company blog, ebooks, infographics, white papers, videos and other content marketing assets. Utilize a dedicated approach to customer onboarding creating a consistent experience that drives exceptional customer experiences and successful outcomes. Define and build processes and content to assist customers at scale. Provide customers guidance to facilitate successful implementations. Review existing implementation plans, provide guidance / suggestions based on standard methodologies and known pitfalls; may include but not limited to review of project scope, phases, design, extensions, etc. Setup accounts on Magento’s internal systems following a standard approach. Transition customers to internal Magento resources for project execution and delivery. Help Magento's Customer Success team maintain a high level of adoption and customer happiness.
