Articulate and evolve Forcepoint’s employee value proposition (EVP) and talent brand internally and externally. Partner with the Marketing team to use the EVP to strengthen our talent branding initiatives including social media presence and candidate collateral.
Lead employee engagement enterprise-wide including measuring and tracking programs and initiatives through employee engagement surveys and other key metrics.
Partner with key stakeholders and leaders to analyze and interpret employee engagement survey key findings. Facilitate the survey results review process and creation of action plans and follow up on progress, successes, and communication. Partner with leadership on strategy & implementation of initiatives to improve employee engagement.
Develop and execute short and long-range diversity & inclusion strategies, governance, action plans and programs supporting Forcepoint’s mission, vision, values, employee value proposition and business goals with a focus on integration across business units and functions to help leaders and employees actualize the benefits of inclusion for talent acquisition, development and retention solutions.
