Manages payroll liabilities by ensuring accuracy of employee federal, state, and local income and social security taxes, and employer’s social security, unemployment and worker’s comp payments. Ensures accuracy of 401k deductions, deferred comp deductions and all benefit deductions. Maintains and audits accuracy of timesheet approvals and maintenance for non-exempt employees. Assist with accounting month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations related to payroll and benefit.
