Leads and develops: 1) product content strategies which support the goals of each category, set by site merchandising, and 2) a team of product copywriters and content specialists.
Drives the intent of Spreetail’s product pages by adapting product data into a solution.
Builds the expertise needed within their teams to solve customer problems within their assigned category groups by constant and consistent collaboration with customer experience, site merchandising, and vendor management teams across Spreetail, as well as planned education.
Constantly looks to optimize the product content research process and increase insights into their categories’ buyer personas.
Supports site merchandisers in product discoverability initiatives, including but not limited to attribution strategy, enhanced brand content, variations, etc. Also expected to put forth content monetization opportunities such as premium product content offerings to vendors.
Provides relevant updates to category “pods” made up of vendor managers, merchandisers, etc. on product content trends, new best practices, wins, losses, etc.
Identifies and leads both programmatic and opportunistic content audits of their assigned categories.
