Lead all P&C data and employee record management, reporting and analytics, including attrition, headcount, diversity, internal movement, performance and compensation and engagement survey.
Administer and track benefits, ACA, unemployment and leaves of absence.
Own unemployment, workers compensation and disability claims processes.
Conduct background checks and employment verifications.
Support People & Culture programs and initiatives that provide an Aceable employee experience, such as the company’s employee engagement survey, event coordination, office inventory and supplies.
Partner with other People & Culture team members to prepare for and onboard new employees into Aceable culture.
Continue to look for ways to improve our processes and support the larger People & Culture team.
