Recommend a model for how we can more effectively measure the impact that channels like TV, radio, podcasts, and display advertising have on generating trials. Identify points where customers are churning and provide recommendations for reducing this churn. Track all marketing-related expenses in order to understand the return of each activity. Participate in the development of a marketing budget based on analysis. Identify areas of improvement in our lead follow-up process. Stay up to date on industry trends to understand how ShipStation’s funnel performance compares to best in class standards.
