Be the heart of TrendKite and the culture champion.
Manage internal needs ensuring appropriate and timely execution of service requests such as facilities/maintenance issues and office supplies (we're open to letting you develop the request process).
Play a huge role in creating a fantastic, engaging, five star experience for your teammates, clients, and office guests.
Oversee contracts and relationships with vendors who support day-to-day maintenance (e.g., Catering, Cleaning, etc.).
Tackle space planning for all teams including coordination and execution of all internal office moves.
Assist in new hire onboarding to ensure all administrative tasks are executed in a timely manner and new hire materials and tools are in place.
Assist in planning and execution of external recruiting and company promotional events.
