Monitor and respond to billing and order queries from customers. Deliver invoices electronically through various procure to pay portals such as Ariba, Tungston, and Coupa. Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Communicate order discrepancies and errors to sales and financial management. Edit and approve SFDC opportunities converting them to sales orders and invoices. Generate customer invoices in Netsuite and send them out to billing contacts. Monitor the internal status of customer orders and queue time. Work late nights and weekends during quarterly and year-end closing. Prepare credit memo request and gather support for approval. Assist with updating monthly tracking reports. Send out annual invoices for contractual renewals. Prepare ad-hoc sponsorship invoices.
