Great Place to Work and Fortune announced this year's 50 Best Small Workplaces naming three Austin tech companies to the list, placing within the top 20.

Every year, 52,000 employees from Great Place to Work-certified companies with 100 employees or less complete an anonymous Trust Index survey. Their answers offer insights to how frequently they experience the behaviors that contribute to a great workplace like honesty, quality of communication by managers, degree of support for employees' personal and professional lives and the authenticity of relationship with colleagues.
