Speaker Bio: As RetailMeNot’s Senior Director of Product Management, Laura Kelso leads efforts to deliver the most intuitive, friction-free user experience possible to help customers save with every visit. In this role, Laura translates her 15 years of experience building consumer Internet products to maximize the RetailMeNot consumer experience.

Prior to RetailMeNot, Laura built Whole Foods’ inaugural digital coupon offering and, as a Senior Product Manager at Allrecipes, she implemented social sign-on for a 10+ million-member base, accelerating personalization efforts and increasing customer engagement. Laura discovered her affinity for a customer-centric product approach at HomeAway, where she built and grew Community for the vacation rental company, championing the customer voice, and using it to enrich the customer experience.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science from Brown University and a MSc from The London School of Economics.
