• Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant, business experience.
• Experience using databases and Workday or similar ERP.
• Results focused, can work quickly and efficiently meeting deadlines in an exciting environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Solid analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• General business knowledge such as basic finance, accounting, marketing, and sales.

• Build and maintain credit borrowing base model with supporting calculations and database tracking.
• Periodically refresh data inputs used in the calculation of the credit borrowing base, reporting results.
• Assist with processing and booking of customer insertion orders, booking revenue recognition schedules, and invoicing.
• Assist with the collection process of overdue accounts, contacting customers via email and phone to collect payments on time.
• Help maintain customer collection files to document collection efforts.
• Respond to customer requests for documentation which may include copies of orders, invoices and statements.
• Support the accounting close process as it relates to the proper recording of accounts receivable.
• Periodically prepare reports on accounts receivable analysis and the status of collection activities.
