The CRM and Analytics Specialist is responsible for organizing data, pulling reports, inputting data into our our CRM software, building out new reports and collaborating with stakeholders across the company on variety of projects around data/analysis. This role will be supporting our Sales team, Client Relations department, our Seller management team, our Marketing group and numerous company executive, to better serve our clients. The position reports to our Vice President of Sales.

 

· Build reports for sales and import prospecting data into our CRM software

· Query, mine, organize and analyze data from our CRM software and other sources of company data

· Create reports across our Sales, Client Relations, Marketing, Finance, and Order Processing teams

· Lots of data entry, data cleansing, and purging old data

· Interpret and present analysis results in meaningful ways that lead to better business decisions

· Serve as the analytics guru in our office; working on various projects related to sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and our seller support team

· An expert in sports and loves talking about them every day

· Experienced and passionate for data analysis, research, and stats

· Understands economics, pricing and general business principles

· Inquisitive, learns quickly, and is adept at problem-solving

· Strong multi-tasking, organized and detail-oriented

· Hard working and not intimidated by mountains of data, and data entry

· Able to take data and translate it to the bigger picture

· Self-starter who does not need daily supervision to understand their role and needs of the team

· Advanced Excel Skills including: Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Queries, Data Sorting

· Experienced working in CRM (NetSuite preferred)]
