Our Austin office is looking for a Web Analytics Intern to work alongside our teams as we deliver data-driven insights and analysis for client and internal projects. A successful intern will have excellent analytical skills, with a detail-oriented, proactive approach to solving problems. This is an amazing opportunity to learn and grow your skill-set, and could also turn into a full-time job upon graduation.
Responsibilities
As an Analytics Intern, you will support the following data-driven initiatives:
- Building presentations for regular analytics deliverables that provide insights and recommendations into client performance.
- Providing updates and managing ad-hoc analytics requests for internal and external customers.
- Helping internal teams/clients to understand digital activity and their business objectives to facilitate gathering and documentation of measurement requirements.
- Creation of website tracking documentation in order to record key interactions across client digital properties.
- Setup and configuration of A/B Tests for Optimization projects.
Requirements/Qualifications
As an Analytics Intern, you will have the following background and skillset:
- Junior or Senior status at an accredited university, or recently graduated
- Course work in Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Science or related fields.
- Experience of analyzing data using MS Excel and presenting findings with MS PowerPoint.
- Solid working knowledge of Statistics.
- Understanding of measurement techniques used to analyze digital marketing efforts, including Social Media and Search Engine Marketing.
- Able to work successfully with teams.
- Interest in digital and analytical trends, concepts and practices.
