We are looking for an Associate Content Optimization Specialist to join our team in sunny, downtown Austin. In this role, you will operate in a dynamic digital savings environment to help accomplish our strategic content optimization strategy. This role reports to the Content Optimization Manager and will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments across the Operations organization. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the online shopping space and knows how to find a phenomenal coupon or deal to help our customers save. 

Who You Are

• BA/BS Degree is required
• At least one year of experience in an e-commerce, digital, marketing, or digital publishing company
• SEO or copywriting experience a plus
• Passionate about saving consumers money
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Enjoys collaborating across multiple teams

What You'll Do

• Review, document, and action offer copy improvements to drive performance
• Partner with SEO and Merchandising teams to monitor store page health
• Check daily store page content for optimal user experience
• Aid in the documentation of content optimization research and post-test analysis as it relates to user engagement on site
• Stay informed on market trend analysis and industry shifts to drive content optimization methodologies
• Support new areas to test into content optimization
• Be the voice and influence on behalf of the user
• Assist in crafting and consolidating feedback for Operations usability quality assurance initiative
• Execute quality assurance on upcoming product launches from a usability standpoint
