We are seeking an Associate Product Manager with strong initiative and an innovative mindset to become part of a Product team that designs new software and features. This position is responsible for leading the development team through the lifecycle of a feature and release. It includes research, feature design, usability testing, project management, and presentations to our development, support, marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate is both confident enough to put forward the first draft and humble enough to hear feedback that will make it even better.
Qualifications
- Strong visual and analytical skills and creativity
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record managing and driving multiple development projects
- Knowledge of application programming, user interface standards, and web technologies
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, email, phone, and presentation
- Good time management, organization, and attention to detail
Advantageous to the position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, MIS, or Computer Science
- Knowledge of general network standards and internet functionality
- Experience in product management, development research, or product design
- Experience with JIRA
