About the Process Delivery Team:

The Process Delivery Team is led by our CEO, a former Facebook research data scientist and serial entrepreneur. This team is a great fit for someone who loves to solve problems, is detail-oriented and excited about having a meaningful and measurable impact with their work (you’ll see clients use your work!). And a great role to springboard a career into tech, startups and/or AI!

As a member of the Process Delivery Team, you’ll have a front row seat to developing, analyzing and improving AI-powered business processes for our clients. You’ll learn and work within our proprietary software based on client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Testing:
  • Create and manage test data sets, ensuring their accuracy and relevance.
  • Run unit tests, analyze A/B test results to determine statistical significance, and provide detailed, actionable reports using our analysis and reporting framework
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain and update project management tools like Airtable to ensure accurate and comprehensive data documentation.
  • Report findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Process Optimization:
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement measurable changes that lead to enhanced efficiency and productivity within business processes, such as marketing campaign creation, sales collateral development, customer success story creation, product marketing and more.
• Project Development:
  • Aid in the design, configuration, and evaluation of projects from planning to execution working closely with other members of the Process Delivery Team.
  • Ensure that all processes meet rigorous quality standards.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis, specifically with data exploration and analysis.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and patterns that help to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Exceptional in breaking down complex problems into manageable steps and sub-tasks.
• Eagerness and Drive to Learn:
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills, including but not limited to JSON, XML, SQL, etc.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with learning independently and from others on the team.
  • A history of successfully initiating self-driven projects
• Detail and Organization Oriented:
  • A keen eye for detail and an organized approach to work.
  • Ability to structure ideas, thoughts, and recommendations in a methodical, organized way for communication with other team members and stakeholders.
• Communication Skills:
  • Clear and consistent communication skills with ability to engage with management and leadership team members effectively.
• Relevant Education or Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, including but not limited to Business, Management, Communications, or Computer Science
  • Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree on a year per year basis.
