Golden Frog is looking for a Technical Business Intelligence Manager who will have responsibility for delivering a robust, sustainable business intelligence solution that meets the needs of our company. The BI Manager will have ownership of the BI Pipeline, from “data to information”. We are looking for you to lead and develop the Business Intelligence team and work to streamline reports and analysis of key indicators.

• Design and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports, metrics, dashboards, cubes, and various data visualization reporting solutions.
• Ensure that business data needs have been captured, documented, prioritized and implemented into effective solutions.
• Partner with other project teams to design and implement solutions by providing expertise in the areas of data and analytics.
• Administration of company reporting tools (e.g. Tableau and ) and systems planning.
• Determine methodologies for analyzing user frequency, retention, and other key business metrics for the BI reporting platform.
• Manages direct reports including performance evaluations, promotions, hiring, training and professional development.
• Establish standards for technology and business processes.
• Proven ability to quickly assimilate new technology and/or applications required.

• 4-6 years of analytics experience, automating and managing reports, dashboards, self-serve tools, as well as accomplished SQL and data analysis skills.
• BS/BA degree in Business, Business Analysis/Intelligence, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expert-level experience and knowledge of Business Intelligence technology and best practices.
• Exposure to large databases and data warehouse environments.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools. (e.g. Jira)
• Attention to detail, organized and have the ability to work independently, cross-functional collaboration skills.
