Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and implementation of all channel marketing activity
- Oversee day to day channel marketing operations in both North American and international markets
- Create and implement channel campaigns that expand market share across Distributors, VAR/Resellers and MSSP channels
- Manage planning of channel enablement training including speaker organization, scheduling and presentation development
- Develop positive working relationships with identified strategic partners
- Assess, clarify and validate partner marketing needs on an ongoing basis.
- Implement channel marketing communications (newsletters, e-mails, template development, etc.)
- Assist with logo/brand audits to ensure consistency across partner community
- Maintain Partner Portal and Partner Locator to ensure that content is relevant and well organized
- Work with team to expand partner advocacy opportunities via channel marketing touch points and contribute ideas and plans to amplify team goals
Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Background in channel/partner marketing programs (Distribution, VARs, MSPs, MSSPs)
- Ability to manage budgets including MDF, Co-Op funds
- Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time-management and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all departments and vendors
- Projects an energetic, “can-do”, collaborative work ethic and professional business presence
