 About the Role:
As a Content Operations Coordinator at RetailMeNot, you'll be core to the production and quality assurance of our offer content. You'll collaborate with and learn from many different personalities on the Content Team, as well as work with a variety of cross-functional departments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and support offer content creation with quality and high productivity
  • Recommend new processes or changes to existing processes to improve efficiency
  • Manage documentation Content Operations processes
  • Work side-by-side with Content team members to help ensure consistency and quality of the user experience
  • Execute on high volumes of tasks and queue-based work while maintaining SLAs
  • Provide recurring QA of internally and externally created content
  • Monitor and communicate trends and changes in data and performance
  • Own short and long term projects; other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Results-focused and can work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards to meet team and/or individual goals
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Self-motivated and enjoys working in a dynamic and results driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills, prioritize effectively and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a cross-functional, collaborative mindset
  • 0-3 years of work experience is a plus
  • Interest or experience in online advertising and e-commerce
