Granify has reached product market fit, secured a Series A investment from top investors and partnered with many of the largest retailers in the world. As we continue to enhance the value we provide our retail partners, we’re adding a new role: CRO Experiments Lead.

As our CRO Experiments Lead you’ll own Granify’s experiments roadmap. In this role, you’ll work closely with our engineers, designers and data scientists to determine the experiments we’ll run on our network of over 100 million shoppers, bring the experiments to life and maximize the organizational learning from each experiment.

This position is open to candidates in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.

What You'll Do:

• Lead ideation and prioritization efforts around new experimentation initiatives
• Identify new A/B and multivariate testing opportunities through our universe of data that will increase conversion and drive revenue for our customers
• Define test plans with objectives, a clear hypothesis, and success metrics needed to measure effectiveness
• Define and deliver experiments to be executed across our network of retail partners’ websites, spanning over 100 million shoppers
• Prepare post-experiment analysis and clearly communicate results and key learnings with business stakeholders
• Build and mentor a CRO Experiments team around solid, process-driven innovation and experimentation
• Contribute to our organizational thought leadership efforts by authoring impactful insights around conversion rate optimization and related subjects

About You:

• Extensive experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or User Experience Optimization, with a track record of full-cycle planning, execution, analysis, recommendation, and implementation
• Deep passion for experimentation, optimization and learning
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong business acumen and the desire to go beyond the surface data
• Experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), or other mainstream analytics packages

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Certification in an analytics package, such as Google Analytics
• Experience using testing platforms such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser
• Experience with Machine Learning, AI, and/or Neutral Networks
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and/or other tag management solutions
• General knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related discipline
