Role: Data Migration Specialist

Years of Experience: 7+ years

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

As a consultant within the DI team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

Job description

• Design & Implement migration approach & strategy.

• Build layers of persistence and automate ETL Jobs

• Identify issues, risks and implement mitigation & recovery strategy.

• Co-ordinate with key stakeholders/system owners and validate migration outcomes.

Technical skills:

o Strong exposure to PL/SQL, Data Migration Tools including Talend (Mandatory) .

o Strong in Data base and exposure to Oracle and Postgres from a development & data migration perspective

o Performance Optimization of Database/Queries

o Great troubleshooting and anomaly/outlier detection skills

o Backup & Restore skills
