Eureka Software is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team!  We’re looking for a strong marketing manager that is an expert in all facets of digital and online marketing tactics and trends. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for successfully planning and managing all on and offline marketing campaigns for Eureka Software with a primary focus on driving website traffic to increase MQL to SQL conversion and support the sales pipeline.  


Ideally, we’re looking for a Jack or Jane of all trades with the following qualifications:
• A successful track record of creating and implementing high-performing marketing campaigns with measurable results across a range of marketing platforms
• Experience managing and implementing campaigns in a B2B environment (and, ideally, in the tech industry!) with a focus on driving website traffic and customer acquisition
• Experience developing and executing strategies that drive significant sales growth and customer acquisition
• Experience driving accrual of high-ranking 3rd party backlinks to increase site ranking and traffic
• Ability to strategize, optimize and execute on lead generation programs using Pardot and Salesforce to improve sales pipeline and ROI
• Ability to work with external agencies to identify, develop and manage the execution of high-impact SEM and PPC campaigns
• Strong analytical skills within SalesForce to lead analysis and reporting of marketing campaign results 
• Ability to test and execute demand generation marketing campaigns with the expectation of improving acquisition from prospect, MQL to SQL.
• Self-starter and independent thinker - we don’t micromanage and never will.

What you’ll do here:
Social Media & Content Management
• Social media and content strategy for all social channels
• Share brand content across social media platforms
• Write/assign SEO-friendly blog posts 
• Write/assign SEO-friendly blog posts for partner sites for 3rd party content syndication with a focus on acquiring GOOD quality backlinks to website.
• Write content for landing pages and Adwords campaigns as well as update existing copy
• Some design of Land pages and Ads
• Responsible for email marketing campaigns using the Pardot marketing automation system.
SEO/SEM
• Optimize website and blog posts for search engines
• Run and analyze weekly reports from Moz to adjust website content to current market trends.
• Research keywords to boost organic search engine traffic
• Work with SEM partner to monitor effectiveness of paid advertising initiatives 
• Ongoing campaign optimizations; including ad design and copy, landing page design/copy, testing and execution; testing and analysis of A/B tests.
Analytics
• Responsible for tracking of website traffic through Google Analytics, Moz and social via sprout social
• Measure effectiveness of social media campaigns through analytics tools and reports
• Communicate trends and observations to management team.
• Based on changes/trends in website and social traffic, develop in-depth strategies to continue increasing “good” traffic and increasing site contact conversions.
Demand Generation
• Responsible for maintenance and marketing email campaign creation using Pardot Marketing Automation system.
• Create and Develop integrated programs and campaigns in alignment with Eureka services and B2B personas.  
• Develop and design email templates and landing pages – primary focus on design to convert.
• Work closely in the content creation and distribution through all digital channels with integrated tracking through Pardot.

Specific Requirements:
• BA/BS in marketing, communication, or business
• 3-5 years experience in developing and executing successful digital and offline B2B marketing campaigns.
• SEO and content syndication experience is a strong plus
• Experience using KEY marketing automation platforms (specifically Pardot). 
• Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios
• Go-to-market development plan capabilities and experience in tech marketing/services campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal skills, time management and self-starter
