The Role

Digital Pharmacist is actively seeking a Director of Demand Generation. This role is responsible for planning, delivering, monitoring, and optimizing demand generation programs that drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline via multiple channels.

What you will do everyday:

  • Manage demand generation campaigns, including development, execution, measurement, and metrics reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, success and marketing team members to ensure campaigns are executed and deployed accurately, successfully, and on time
  • Monitor campaign engagement, effectiveness, and provide monthly performance reports with ongoing testing and refinement recommendations. Share best practices based on successful campaigns
  • Monitor the conversion of MQL (marketing qualified leads) to SQL (sales qualified leads), and recommend and implement action plans to increase conversion
  • Establish quarterly and annual plans to meet revenue growth objectives

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication or similar field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with revenue-generating marketing programs, at least 4 years in B2B
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce CRM preferred)
  • Marketing automation experience is a must – Marketo strongly preferred
  • 2+ years creating and managing email nurture programs
  • Experience with database management functions, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, segmentation, custom report creation and import/export of CRM data
