What is the Role?

As the Director of Product for Golden Frog, you will develop a clear product vision based on an in-depth understanding of our customers, industry, competitive landscape and company objectives. You will be working closely with developers, designers, and operations to develop new product ideas and drive new business.

Responsible for:
•    Developing the long-term strategic business and product plan for the next generation of our security products. 
•    Evangelizing your vision internally and externally.
•    Identifying and tracking metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of solutions through the customer lifecycle.
•    Grow, mentor, and lead a team of passionate product professionals.

You will have a significant set of resources to help you including:
•    A globally respected privacy and security brand.
•    A passionate team of developers, designers, and product managers.
•    A global user base and server network to launch new products.
•    Established desktop and mobile applications with a large, engaged user base.
    
Qualifications:
•    10+ years experience working in fast-paced technology environments.
•    5+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment.
•    Experience leading successful product teams. 
•    A passion for building top notch mobile and/or desktop application products. 
•    Track record of delivering innovative products
•    Experience scaling products globally.
•    Positive attitude with a tendency toward action.
