Successful implementation and value from the Sprinklr platform starts with us. As customers advance their strategies and invest more in social media as a business driver, we’re looking for an enablement intern to help realize those ideas using our platform.

What You'll Do

Our Enablement Interns are a big part of what we do for our clients at Sprinklr!  They assist with platform configuration, client-facing documentation and are a key member of the enablement team and the great work that is done to ensure clients are delighted daily.

As a member of our team, you’ll support our Enablement Consultants through the initial stages of our clients’ Sprinklr journey and work across a team of talented solutions designers, analytics experts, as well as sales and service delivery managers to make it happen. 

What Are Your Responsibilities 

This Enablement Intern will support the Enablement teams with the following:

• Help with configuration process; help with client discovery & initial research on the implementation projects for 100+ users of Sprinklr.
• Build experience working on top clients and a better sense of mapping social media goals to business goals.
• Produce internal and client-facing documentation (How-to Guides, Tutorials, feature overviews, etc.)
• Assist with project operations activities
• Other activities as needed

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

• Demonstrate experience and a passion for the social media technology universe, strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in social media platforms and direct experience in working with or for social media management software is preferred
• Only recent graduates need apply
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
• Capacity to learn and apply new technologies quickly
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Educational Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Software, or Finance
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
• A minimum 3.25 GPA required
• Previous internship experience preferred
