THE OPPORTUNITY

This position will work out of our Austin or Plano, TX sites in the Neuromodulation division. This is an onsite position. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.

As the GLOBAL DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, you will be responsible for the development, planning and execution of the global digital marketing strategy to transform the experience for our customers. This person plays a key role in driving digital transformation for Abbott's NEUROMODULATION business through new ways to acquire, engage and retain our customers to deliver aggressive growth targets.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Own growth marketing strategy for patients and healthcare professionals to transform neuromodulation business.
  • Identify gaps and find opportunities in funnel to increase customer acquisition, prevent and reduce customer churn to create best-in-class experiences.
  • Analyze and optimize live campaigns on existing channels.
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition and experience projects (i.e. chatbot, HCP tracking and profiling, etc.).
  • Develop and standardize reporting across channels to measure impact against benchmarks.
  • Own and manage growth marketing budget.
  • Incorporate and assist with market research in the development of messaging and content to best resonate with our target audiences.
  • Partner with internal cross functional stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative, manage timelines and execution of current projects.
  • Localize campaigns and share learnings, development, and assist in implementation with other areas or countries where appropriate to align with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing with a solid portfolio of successful marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience creating compelling content across various channels to motivate action and using multivariate experiments to optimize conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with proficiency in marketing metrics and analytics tools.
  • Self-starter with growth mindset, willing to experiment with new ideas and take calculated risks.
  • Familiar with regulatory compliance requirements and regulations.

  • Experience managing people and/or leading teams.

The base pay for this position is

$95,000.00 - $190,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
