Key responsibilities:

• With direct Supervision, support analysts and managers that interface with a customer sub-group or group.
• With direct supervision, analyzes business requirements and/or issues, converts analysis to functional specifications, and assists in the design of solutions to meet business requirements. Perform and document software application configuration, prepare and execute test scenarios and scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression, acceptance) and data conversions. May participate in new technology evaluations.
• With direct supervision, provides business application functional support services to meet performance/availability, customer service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets. Performs System analysis and debugging of configuration and programs to identify problem root causes. Supports completion of root cause analysis for incidents/ outages. Reviews and monitors production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance.
• With direct supervision, adheres to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls. May manage execution of sox controls and testing, and support internal and external audits.
• With direct supervision, may participates as a project team member.

Requirements

• Student must be graduating with a Bachelor'sdegree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale

U.S. Salary Range:

$60,000.00 - $82,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
