Who You Are:
A self-starter with a proactive approach and belief in the value of a good client experience and a well-executed event. You know businesses grow most successfully with happy, well-informed, long-standing clients and successful word-of-mouth marketing. Integrated marketing programs, including in-person events, large-scale user summits, and email marketing sound fun and are something you are ready to sink your teeth into. You can set and meet deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage programs from big picture concepts through to minute details.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advise on and execute product maintenance communication plans
- Create and execute upsell campaigns for current clients to meet lead goals and support sales initiatives
- Manage client reference program, including collaboration with account management, sales operations and sales and marketing leadership
- Provide event support to product marketing for nationwide user group program
- Own the planning and promotional components of client conference, including session planning, invitations, sales enablement, sponsorships, and onsite needs
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with equivalent experience
- 2+ years of marketing, sales, public relations, or event experience
- Track record of successfully managing complex program logistics and details
- Ability to identify opportunities and then execute toward related goals
- Ability to learn and understand cross-functional intersections and dependencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
