 Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Marketing and work alongside the Digital Arts Production Lead. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategy (including budget, targeted conferences and events, webinar schedule, and editorial calendar) across both the professional services and products (ex. DocuSign for Atlassian) lines of business.

  • Execute email marketing activities 
  • Coordinate, promote, execute, and report ROI on conferences
  • Coordinate, promote, execute, and report ROI on self-hosted events (e.g. Partner Accelerator Days, workshops)
  • Coordinate sponsorship and presentation opportunities across U.S. Atlassian User Groups
  • Execute co-marketing opportunities with technology partner companies
  • Create and maintain engaging and compelling content/copy on praecipio.com, social media channels and partner/affiliate networks
  • Coordinate, promote, and assist in development and delivery of webinars
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing funnel
  • Own daily posting of content across social channels, executing paid ad campaigns as needed
  • Create and maintain marketing and sales collateral
Requirements
  • Ability to understand IT and business process needs and formulate solutions based on a specific set of offerings 
  • Thrives in a process-centric, metric-driven environment
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing (e.g. Event coordination, Content Manager)
  • Background in marketing products related to software development, technology management, and delivery, and/or IT operations
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-50% for onsite tradeshows, events, and user groups
  • Resilient, problem-solving, self-learner 
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding set goals and assigned quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects & meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stay on feet for extended periods of time
  • After hours and weekend attendance to events required
  • Location: Austin, TX; must be willing to relocate
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
