Marketing Coordinator (Part-time Contract position)

We are seeking a Part-time Marketing Coordinator (Contract). This is ideally for someone that is comfortable working on a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Responsible for assisting the marketing team with a variety of tasks, including:

• Demand Generation programs support:
  • Provide program deliverables to vendors, including content syndication assets, banner ads and other materials
  • Review registration pages built out by vendors to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Review lead lists provided by vendors to ensure all required fields have been provided, work through questions/issues with vendors, and ensure successful upload into sales/marketing database
  • Maintain and update content listings on 3rd party sites
  • Collect and update program performance data from vendors

• Webcast and content production support:
  • Build webcast events in GoToWebinar, create registration pages in the content management system and ensure registrations flow through systems correctly.
  • Collect webcast performance summary data and provide to stakeholders
  • Input details for new content deliverables into content management system for launch on corporate website 

• Assist with special projects as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED:

• • Experience in a professional office setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to write and edit is a plus
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus
