The role

We’re a successful startup with room to grow and we’re looking for a self-starting Marketing Manager to oversee promotional events and other efforts to capture clients. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.

What you will do everyday:


  • Promote the Digital Pharmacist platform to pharmacies of varying sizes in our marketplace
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Digital Marketing, Patient, Communication Solutions and Development to develop strategies and campaigns that increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Develop, launch and measure integrated campaigns, providing the resources and tools the demand generation function may desire
  • Maintain visual brand guidelines and interpretation of the brand across all possible channels
  • Be the brand champion and internal advocate for the brand’s visual and written identity
  • Maintain and advance our messaging best practices to best meet the needs of all stakeholders
  • Develop strategy to evolve digital content, continuously improve user experience
  • Ensure a forward-thinking presence on social media channels
  • Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
  • Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication or similar field
  • 5+ years of marketing, corporate communications, or internal communications experience
  • Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills partnered with painstaking attention to details
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
  • Startup experience in a venture funded SAAS company will be highly recognized
  • Excellent project management skills
  • An ability to think on your feet, pivot quickly and juggle multiple projects and deadlines
