Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of HotSchedules marketing operations including database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution.
- Grow and manage internal lead database and oversee lead acquisition activities.
- Leverage Salesforce.com and Marketo to segment audience for greater campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize lead scoring to ensure quality leads are passed to sales development for qualification and optimal conversion rates.
- Develop, document and evangelize efficient workflow processes and best practices.
- Track ROI of marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and marketing investment.
- Analyze data from a variety of sources and build dashboards and reports that help us understand our business, make data-driven marketing decisions and drive net new opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and other internal teams as needed to ensure consistent strategic alignment.
- Effectively manage marketing technology vendors
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in a B2B Marketing/Sales Operations or similar role
- Process oriented with keen attention to detail
- High energy, collaborative team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative, motivated, organized
- Experience in business analytics
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Marketing automation experience a plus (Marketo)
- Experience in software or restaurant or hospitality is a plus
