About the Role 

The Media Planning Coordinator is responsible for executing and overseeing campaigns that drive streaming hours, subscriptions, and engagement by effectively & efficiently using owned and operated media. In this role, you will work across multiple teams, be expected to have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll be doing 

  • Oversee the implementation of media campaigns, ensuring that they are executed according to the media plan and schedule.
  • Create and manage timelines to ensure that all campaign elements are executed on schedule. This involves coordinating tasks and communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Ensure all campaigns are being captured correctly in our internal reporting tools.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools. 
  • Takes a proactive approach to troubleshooting, anticipating potential problems, and implementing preventative measures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicates technical issues with clarity and precision, facilitating smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to expedite troubleshooting processes.


We're excited if you have 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent field required 
  • Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple work streams at once
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail
  • Media planning experience preferred
  • 1+ years in omni-channel & performance marketing preferred
  • Familiar with Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, and other similar analytics platforms
  • Have a keen understanding of Roku’s ad products and campaign execution capabilities
  • Live and breathe entertainment and streaming TV
