Compl.ai! We’re in the business of creating great tools that make business travel much easier. Step 1 - Travel, Step 2 - The World!

Compl.ai helps businesses manage their travel policy, save money, and offers rewards for booking flights and hotels that are within the company’s rules.

We work in the places that work best for us (because we’ve all seen Office Space). We stay well connected and have our usual coffee shop spots and Capital Factory for meetings, working together to make Compl.ai amazing.

What will you be doing?

• Committing/Merging code in a multi-person environment

• Debugging code in javascript environment

• Researching technologies and frameworks to use in existing application

• Writing automated tests

• Working closely with product team and stand-up with local and offshore teams

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technical trends and techniques to share and apply those learnings

Required Skills:

• Must be based in Austin, TX already.

• Must have experience with:

  • Working in an agile environment

  • React

  • Html and CSS

  • GIT feature branch workflow

  • Redux

• Not required but bonus points for:

  • 3-5 years web development experience

  • Experience working with offshore resources

  • Chrome Browser Extension Experience

  • Experience with any on the following:

    • Webpack 2, MySQL, AWS, Node JS/Express, Test Automation, Reporting Libraries, SOLID principles, Google APIs, Docker, Microservices

• Recent code samples must be provided to be considered for this role. Please submit samples with your application, preferably via GitHub account.
