Your Mission

Do you want to help retailers grow their business by layering on marketing services to their Shopgate subscription? We are looking for a Mobile Application Marketing Manager who will work with internal teams to scope and manage services engagements for new and existing business. Marketing services include driving app downloads, app design services and push notification campaign management.

What you’ll do on a daily basis

• Consult with the client to understand their specific requirements and assess how each project could be best delivered. You create an action plan for each implementation and gain the client’s agreement with every major initiative in the project.
• Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and are responsible for their successful services engagement. You coordinate the delivery effort of resources from various practice teams and manage many accounts directly.
• Build and maintain excellent client relations. You have a portfolio of clients and are accountable for each client’s entire experience and the success of those client relationships.
• Advocate on behalf of the Client and your team
• Build new processes and structures needed to scale the services program
• Proactively engage with Sales and Client Success to acquire, onboard and manage services clients
• Create tailored Statements of Work (SOW) detailing services activities, resourcing requirements, deliverables and timelines
• Determine services pricing based on level of effort
• Confidently “sell” services offerings to Clients as needed
• Facilitate client workshops and sessions, presenting, and walking through services offerings
• Manage and properly set expectations with both internal and client stakeholders
• Manage services P&L

The Right fit

• 5+ years of experience scoping professional services for SaaS implementations
• 2+ years of agency experience
• PMP certification
• Experience in the software/ e-commerce industry a plus
• Ability to communicate well with developers about HTML, CSS, XML, and other Web technologies
