Job Summary

We’re looking for a mobile-savvy Product Manager to own and evolve our Marketing Automation and Analytics/Business Intelligence modules, used by Fortune 5000 customers across a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Residential Real Estate, Media/Entertainment, Sports, Airports, Retail and more. These modules are critical elements of our platform, offering developers iOS and Android SDKs and APIs to support geofence/beacon campaign experiences and robust analytics within their native apps, as well as a web portal to manage and deploy experiences.

This leader will drive product vision and strategy with executive leadership, oversee design & delivery with creative and engineering teams, and also work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to help generate SaaS revenue and market adoption.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, building and integrating native SDKs/APIs, including deep familiarity with the mobile ecosystem, with heavy focus on marketing automation platforms/strategies (including geofence and beacon technologies) and mobile/digital analytics engines and best practices. Also desired is experience with web-based content management tools, with an eye for world-class UI/UX.

A Week In Your Shoes

  • Present and socialize your product roadmap with exec and sales teams, to ensure alignment with company strategy, customer expectations and revenue opportunities
  • Work with creative teams to perform usability tests of wireframes & mockups for a web-based Marketing Automation campaign management tool
  • Create detailed user stories for new Analytics SDK capabilities, and negotiate timelines with engineering and QA to make sure your releases are impactful, yet efficient
  • Gather feedback from customer developers to understand how to make the integration and configuration of our SDKs as seamless and flexible as possible
  • Plan and drive Go-To-Market activities for a new Marketing Automation release with key stakeholders across the org, including customer enablement, sales collateral, and training
  • Crunch numbers and reports with our Big Data team to understand how we can better help retailers target shoppers and increase foot traffic via geofence and beacon campaigns
  • Refine SaaS-based pricing models with Finance to maximize revenue and customer value
  • Be a product evangelist, both with internal teams and external customers, to drive global adoption of new mobile technologies across devices and screens

What We Look For

  • Proven experience as a mobile product owner, with strong ability to manage across teams, influence senior leadership, and communicate vision and strategy
  • Deep experience (3-5 years) designing, building and driving adoption of iOS & Android software development kits (SDKs)
  • 3+ years of experience with mobile marketing automation platforms
  • 3+ years of experience with mobile/digital analytics and business intelligence platforms
  • 2+ years of experience in managing web-based portals, with a sharp eye for world-class UX/UI
  • Understanding of software-as-a-service (SaaS) licensing models and strategies
  • Versatility and desire to apply thinking across a range of industries and use cases, tenacity to drive aggressive deadlines, and independence to own and drive roadmaps and planning
  • Hunger for data and analytics to drive product decisions
  • Razor sharp communication skills and equivalent sense of humor
  • Ability to adeptly navigate Confluence, JIRA and agile development methodologies
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with insatiable curiosity for finding new ways to help the world’s largest brands reach every connected device on the planet
  • Must be living in Austin, Texas, or be able to immediately relocate
