• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program/project management in the technology sector - experience in a Product Management environment preferred
• Proven experience facilitating and owning all aspects of large cross-functional meetings
• Extensive experience building project management plans
• Experience working in an Agile delivery organization and familiarity with Agile principles/practices
• Experience with configuring and using Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Jira Portfolio or similar collaboration tools
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and writing skills
• Embraces and seeks innovation
• Doesn’t mind owning tasks on the project plan
• Establishes relationships up, down, and across the organization
• SAFe (Scaled Agilist), PMP (Project Management Professional), or ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) a plus

• Own the company go-to-market (GTM) process, which includes high-level project management of all new products and features
• Drives cross-functional alignment across product management, product marketing, operations, legal, and sales.
• Create and maintain project templates and documentation
• Participate in defining new processes and improving existing processes
• Operates key processes to support Product Managers in release planning
• Serve as needed tactical project manager for key Product initiatives
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
• Facilitate action, resolve conflicts, maintain relationships and communicate constantly
