Program Manager
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program/project management in the technology sector - experience in a Product Management environment preferred
- Proven experience facilitating and owning all aspects of large cross-functional meetings
- Extensive experience building project management plans
- Experience working in an Agile delivery organization and familiarity with Agile principles/practices
- Experience with configuring and using Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Jira Portfolio or similar collaboration tools
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and writing skills
- Embraces and seeks innovation
- Doesn’t mind owning tasks on the project plan
- Establishes relationships up, down, and across the organization
- SAFe (Scaled Agilist), PMP (Project Management Professional), or ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) a plus
- Own the company go-to-market (GTM) process, which includes high-level project management of all new products and features
- Drives cross-functional alignment across product management, product marketing, operations, legal, and sales.
- Create and maintain project templates and documentation
- Participate in defining new processes and improving existing processes
- Operates key processes to support Product Managers in release planning
- Serve as needed tactical project manager for key Product initiatives
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
- Facilitate action, resolve conflicts, maintain relationships and communicate constantly
