Your mission
To further strengthen our unique position in the mobile shopping market, we are looking for a Sales Support Intern for our Austin office. We are one of the fastest growing SaaS companies globally. If you are interested in being part of an Austin-based SaaS software start-up that is already loved by its customers, this is the opportunity for you! At Shopgate, you will be developing the start of our value chain together with the sales management team. You will be responsible for the pre-qualification, coordination, and maintenance of our target customers, also known as "qualified leads".
What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis
- You support the sales team in the generation and qualification of new leads
- You are researching and identifying potential new customers and integrating them into our CRM system
- You are preparing valuable campaigns for the sales team and are actively involved in the sales process
- You support the sales team in the design of business processes and the distribution of leads

- You like to work with large amounts of data and you are proficient with Excel
